Recently bought a car from fz automotives group. Service, environment and price all as exactly as I have read in reviews. Loved my new car there after sale service was superb specially that nice and refreshing can of J20. Khan is a legend.

I am writing to formally complain about the poor service and unprofessional behaviour I have experienced regarding my vehicle.I purchased my car from this garage approximately five months ago. Since I bought it, the car has had multiple warning lights on, and it has never properly functioned since being taken out of the garage. I immediately brought it back for inspection and repair. I was charged around £600 for the repairs, however only about £300 worth of issues were actually covered.Unfortunately, after five months, the warning lights have appeared again. I contacted the garage twice requesting that they take responsibility for the issue and collect the vehicle. On Friday, I was told I would receive an update. Today (Monday), I called again and was told I would be contacted within two hours. After waiting for three hours without any response, I called again and was spoken to in a rude and unprofessional manner, being told that I was “bothering” them.I am extremely dissatisfied with both the quality of the service and the way I have been treated. I feel the issue has not been properly resolved, despite the money I have already paid, and the repeated breakdowns since purchase.I also purchased this vehicle with confidence, partly influenced by its listing on AutoTrader, and I strongly believe that customer ratings should reflect honest service. I do not feel this experience justifies any high rating being given to this garage.I am requesting that this matter be taken seriously, and that appropriate action is taken to either properly repair the vehicle or provide a fair resolution.I look forward to your prompt response.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We would like to clarify a few points regarding your review. Shortly after purchasing the car, an ABS warning light appeared. We arranged and supplied an ABS pump for collection from your local parts supplier, and you chose to have the work carried out by your preferred garage. Unfortunately, despite being charged £600, the issue was not resolved. Although the repair was not completed by us, we still reimbursed you the full amount and offered to have the vehicle returned to us so that we could diagnose and repair it ourselves. We subsequently replaced the ABS pump, resolved the issue, and even delivered the vehicle back to your workplace at no additional cost. Approximately six months later, you contacted us asking if we would purchase the vehicle back from you at the same price you had originally paid. We explained that, due to a religious holiday, our business was closed for two days and that we would contact you once we reopened. Despite being extremely busy upon our return, dealing with deliveries and customer enquiries, we still took the time to provide you with a valuation. As with any used vehicle, a buy-back valuation after six months will naturally differ from the original purchase price due to factors such as age, mileage, market conditions, and depreciation. We always strive to help our customers and believe we went above and beyond in this case by covering repair costs, carrying out further repairs ourselves, and providing complimentary vehicle delivery. While we understand that we cannot satisfy everyone, we are disappointed that these efforts were not reflected in your review. We wish you all the best and thank you for your custom.

Contacted the company about a vehicle we were interested in i new it was a cat s everything up front found out there were 2 outstanding recalls which were sorted by main dealer before point of sale. Great service highly recommended came up on the Train from Plymouth Chad was very helpful & friendly staff keep up the Great service. Thanks Neil

Bought a lovely 23 plate Fiesta S-Line X, immaculate condition, service from Chad was excellent, not pushy at all, held the car for a few days whilst I sorted a bank loan and came back to me immediately with any questions. Overall a great buying experience.
