Bought a Juke from these guys and I've been very happy with their service. The car was very tidy and very well presented when I went to pick it up. Amazing service from start to finish. Buying a car can be quite stressful, no matter your budget,it is one of them big purchases that you want to get right. So finding a car sales place that you trust is a priority. My experience with FZ automotive was brilliant, walked in and left to walk around, there was no pressure sales. When I wanted to look at a car I liked I was given the keys to have a better look around. Afterwards I was asked if I wanted a test drive. Had a good chat with Chad and decided to purchase. Bought a beautiful car at a brilliant price, drives perfect.
I'm always scared buying cars because I've been done over so many times. After reading all the reviews for FZ Auto's I decided to give them a try. I wasn't disappointed. They are brilliant I bought a 70 plate Corsa that was a cat S, never bought one before but I didn't need to worry. They gave me photos of previous damage which wasn't that bad at all The car is beautiful, I'm over the moon. Repaired to the highest standard and drives like a new car. They even brought it to my house and let me take my time looking and test driving, no pressure. They even ran to the post office to get it taxed as it was 4pm when delivered as it had a brand new MOT that day. Honestly lovely people and really honest and helpful, answer all my questions with transparency. If I need another car or anyone I know does I'll be using these wonderful people again. I honestly highly recommend these sellers to anyone. Never had such ease and confidence buying a car. Great price too I'm so happy. I've been driving it every day and it is spot on. Highly recommend to anyone..well done chaps

I purchased a car at FZ automotives last weekend (for Chad: The Ford Ranger). It has been a weird experience for me. You know when they say: when it's too good to be true, it's a scam? That was exactly my feeling. I did my due diligence: Checked the companies house, read the reviews, verified trustpilot and even went so far to check the owner. There were 76 reviews on Autotrader and 26 on Google. and ALL 5 stars. This seemed a bit fishy. Sometimes on amazon you see all 5 stars, only to find that they were bought. We still decided to check it out because I could not find any real red flags.Now I'm writing this review to express my gratitute and admiration on how this dealership is executed. The team is great! they allow ANY test and will assist in any way possible. They are transparant, courtious, friendly. If I would have a complaint: my car was a repaired Cat S, and Chad had little information on how the repairwork was done. I would have appreciated it if I could have gotten some more details. But other than that: chapeau. We drove some 300 miles to view the car, but I can tell you, I would do it again (and will do with my next car).If all of this praise makes you a bit weary: check the other reviews, including those on google. They are genuine. Then just take the shot like we did. The worst that can happen is that you make the drive in vain. But you will get drinks, smiles and an honest advice. Will buy again.

Arrived at FZ Automotive after going on auto trader to view a car I liked. The guys at FZ were incredibly helpful and professional. I took out 2 cars for a test drive and decided on the Nissan. Billy kindly helped me through the whole process and reassured me after having a terrible experience with a very big dealership.They deserve a big thank you and the customer service is amazing. My mother bought her new car from FZ Automotives. We were incredibly well looked after by the two gentlemen who own the business. They let us test drive two cars and were so patient with us. Every step of the process and each car was explained to us in detail. We were also given a J20 to quench our thirst! I would highly recommend them!
